Jackson County Sheriff's Office is currently seeking applicants that have the desire to work as a corrections officer.

TYPE: Full Time

SALARY: $23.58/Hr. with no experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Must be able to pass applicant testing, psychological exam and drug screening. Must be able to pass a thorough background check with no felony or domestic convictions, drug-related offenses or serious misdemeanors. We offer a competitive pay and benefit package. Must be open to scheduling flexibility (must have the ability to work any shift, weekends and holidays) and must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Applicants must also have a high school diploma or G.E.D., and a valid driver's license.
